Speed All Plans Speeds are dependant upon your individual line conditions.
Usage Plans Selected Plans These plans are not capped or shaped in any way. Excess usage charges apply if data allocation exceeded.
Flat Plans Selected Plans No Excess Charges. Once your data allocation is reached, speed is shaped to 64k
Static IP All Plans $5 per month
Excess Selected Plans The charge per additional Mb downloaded - ie, beyond the free data allocation
Plan Change All Plans $50 fee applies when you change the plan type or speed.
ADSL Modem All Plans Standard Ethernet / USB Modem $140. Clients can bring their own modems.
Activation All Plans Set up fee to configure your phone line for ADSL $190
Firewall, wireless, etc All Plans Available on request - POA.
Onsite Installation All Plans Available on request - POA.
Early Termination All Plans A fee of $150 applies, + Any modem or activation discount applied will be reversed.
