which includes onsite router replacement, and is monitored
around the clock to ensure maximum uptime. This is the Ferrari
of DSL products in both quality and speed.
The premium DSL services are provided in partnership with
Request DSL. Request's network architecture and network reliability
is highly regarded by industry experts. In March 2003, Request
was awarded the 2003 ATUG Industry award for 'Best Communications
Solution - SME for its RequestVPN solution. March 2002 saw
Request being awarded Carrier of the Year at the annual ATUG
industry awards for offering a reliable business-grade broadband
network within a 99.9% Service Level Agreement and in October
2001, Request was awarded the PC Authority Labs Award for
Business Broadband for its DSL business offerings. Request
uses high-speed Symmetrical (SHDSL) and Asymmetric DSL (ADSL)
technology, which is a technology that delivers extremely
fast bandwidth over existing copper telephone lines. This
eliminates the need for the expensive building of a new data
